Smart Lighting, the heart of a Smart Building

Updated: Jul 7, 2020

Lighting controls are a critical role in improving a company’s overall operation and profit. By having a building automation system that optimizes lighting controls such as photosensors, timers, occupancy sensors. A company can easily contribute to the green living lifestyle.

Up to 40% of commercial building lighting goes to waste when lights are left on for an extended period of time when no one is there. There is a wide variety of sensors that we use to combat energy waste. The sensors and devices work together to sense when a room is empty or a section of warehouse is not being used to be more energy efficiency. Our smart building technology alleviate the waste.

Upgrading light bulbs and fixtures with dimmable LED's that work with our system can increase energy savings up to 80%. Our system can use existing wiring and lighting fixtures, no need to for costly retrofitting that would require new fixtures and rewiring. Our completion cost of replacing all light fixtures and rewiring to work with their system is %50 to %80 greater then our cost.

With this user interface, you can visually see what lights are on or off. It is fully interactive that controls everything with a tablet or smartphone. The user interface controls many features that work with our lighting controls. Automatic blinds work perfectly along side our lighting system. They work together so when direct sunlight comes into the room, the automatic lights will dim, open or shut off to maintain a comfortable environment. Another feature of the smart lighting is that it works with the security systems. When an alarm is tripped, the lights can turn on and off to draw attention to the building while police are being notified. With smart lighting and other automated features your building can work together to be more secure and more green conscious.
